Paper Presentation (Oral)

  • All abstracts must be written and presented in English. Each abstract must clearly indicate the objectives, methods, and (preliminary) results where appropriate.
  • Please note that each presenter is limited to one individual presentation OR one group presentation. Thus, more than one abstract submission for oral presentation is not allowed.
  • It is not allowed to present a paper in an oral presentation and to present another research in a poster presentation. Choose either oral presentation or poster presentation.
  • For each paper, the presenter(s) should speak for no more than 20 minutes, followed by a 5-min Q & A session.
  • Abstracts of a maximum of 300 words should be submitted.
  • Please register first and then log in.

Poster Presentation

  • For those who wish to present in poster session must submit an abstract consisting of at least 300 words.
  • Please register first and then log in.
  • Each poster session author will be provided with a 1,2 m x 1,2 m poster board area and mounting pins.
  • Authors are responsible for mounting their posters prior to their poster presentation and removing them as soon as the session ends.
  • Posters left up past that time will be discarded.
  • Posters must be prepared in advance by the presenters.
  • The conference organizer will provide a reasonable supply of push pins but we suggest authors provide their own if possible.
  • Each poster must include text in a large enough font to be read easily by attendees. Lettering on illustrations should be large and legible.
  • Material should be displayed in logical sequence (introduction, development, conclusion).
